You can also review all materials required for each of your other Baylor courses here - you will need to know the course prefix, course number and select the appropriate term. Additionally, once you are registered for your courses, you can access the Bookstore website directly through your BearWeb account under the schedule tab.
Supplies Required for Private Pilot Ground School (AVS 1302)
All Aviation Sciences and Aviation Administration students registered in the Private Pilot Ground School Course (AVS 1302) are required to purchase the following items conveniently bundled in a kit available for purchase in our online Marketplace. The kits come in an Aviation Science branded backpack and are not required for purchase, however, all of the materials listed below ARE required for the course. Kit purchases made in the Marketplace will be available for pickup in the Aviation Sciences office located in Hankamer Academic Center - H040 prior to the first day of classes.
- FAR/AIM (current year)
- Navigation Plotter - PN - 1
- Private Airman Certification Standards
- Metal Flight Computer - E6B

All Aviation Sciences pilot students registered in the Private Pilot Flight Course (AVS 1302) are required to purchase the following items conveniently bundled in a kit available for purchase in our online Marketplace.
